STORY SYNOPSIS:
This is an Animatic (Animated story board) of the opening scene from this dramatic short film.
A manipulating, high-ranking US Senator, who is a fervent gun activist and dominate father in a grossly dysfunctional family, experiences first-hand the horror of a deadly mass shooting when his 16 year-old son becomes the shooter at his high school.

Episode I - A New World Order
In DARK LIFERS - EPISODE I, we are introduced to the leader of the Hemo (Human) rebellion, JEZABELLE. She and her priest brother, JOHN, and their mentor, VICTOR SERVANT, who is an age-old Witch Hunter, are planning to steal the Book Of Shadows from the Witch Coven. The Evil, Flesh-Covered book holds the secret spells that give PHAEDRA and her Coven incredible power. However, a vicious clan of Vampires (Spitters) is plotting to take over the Social and Economic control of the city. They have already maneuvered their Clan Leader, VENOA, into a position of power within the government. The war of between the Dark Societies has begun and JEZABELLE and her group may be Human Kind’s only chance for survival.
Episode II - Jezabelle’s Fire.
In DARK LIFERS - EPISODE II, JEZABELLE disguises herself as one of the Witches in the Coven and manages to steal the sacred Book Of Shadows. She torches the Coven hideaway with a flare gun and makes her way to the rendezvous point where JOHN and VICTOR are suppose to meet her. JOHN, however, has been drowning his cowardice behavior in a bottle of Scotch and fails to meet his Sister. Meanwhile, PHAEDRA uses her telepathic skills to track down JEZABELLE before she can destroy the Book of Shadows.
